6.Payment & Billing
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Slarify to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay until you cancel.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- GST, if applicable, will be added at the prevailing rate at the time of billing
- Payment is processed securely by Razorpay — Slarify does not store your payment card details
- Subscription renewal occurs automatically on the same date each month

- Pricing changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect for existing subscribers
7.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Refund Policy
Slarify does not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. All subscription fees paid are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- A duplicate payment was made due to a billing system error
- You were charged for a period after a confirmed cancellation was processed
- The service was unavailable for an extended period due to a Slarify-side technical failure
Refund requests must be submitted to billing@slarify.com within 14 days of the charge in question. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Downgrading
You may downgrade to a lower plan or the Free plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your active employee count exceeds the limit of the lower plan at the time of downgrade, you will be asked to archive excess employee records before the downgrade is applied.

You acknowledge that Slarify is a tool to assist payroll administration — you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, compliance with applicable employment and tax laws, and the correctness of final payroll outputs.
